Angaangaq Angakkorsuaq

Angaangaq, whose name means ‘the man who looks like his uncle’, is a shaman from Greenland who travels the world to raise people’s awareness of the melting polar ice caps. The title of his book ‘Let the ice melt in your heart’ is also his mission – he wants to heal people and the planet: ‘The only chance man has to change and to use his knowledge wisely is by melting the ice in his heart.’ I asked this inspiring shaman about how he thinks that we as humanity can melt ‘the ice in our hearts’ and how we can once again start believing in our own potential and our own power to initiate change.
